Graduate, Realtor Institute: GRI
The Realtor Institute is a program of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and meets the rigid standards of
the National Association of Realtors. The GRI designation represents 90 hours of advanced in-class real estate
education. Realtors who have passed the GRI examination are recognized as having attained one of the highest
professional levels in residential real estate.
Certified Residential Specialist: CRS
This is the highest distinction in the real estate industry. Only 4% of all Realtors nation-wide achieve this
designation. The CRS assures you I have at least ten years of professional real estate sales experience with
consistent annual sales volume. This certification can only be earned upon completion of specific courses and with
a proven expertise in applied residential real estate marketing.
Certified Buyer Representative: CBR
This is the certification which has gained so much publicity in recent years as a result of more knowledgeable home
purchasers, legislative action and consumer group demands. Only 1/10 of 1% of all Realtors nation-wide have earned
this certification. I am particularly proud of my CBR because it assures you, as a home buyer, that I represent you
and your interests. And if you are the home seller, it assures you that your liability is limited because I am the
one who is responsible to the buyer.
Certified Relocation Specialist
This designation is of particular importance if you are moving out-of-state or internationally, for it recognizes
my expertise in these specialized moves. Certification requires extensive course work and successful completion of
an examination. Because Hunneman & Company/Coldwell Banker has such extensive resources, I can put that vast
network to work for you in finding specialists around the world who will be dedicated and committed to making your
move convenient and easy.

Member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
Through this membership, I am able to give you access not only to Coldwell Banker's extensive listings, but also to
any MLS listing throughout the North Shore area. When I search for a home, I will include all the MLS properties
listed for sale. This way, even if you see a house that interests you listed by another agency, you can still
contact me, and I will be happy to get you all the listing information and set up an appointment to see the
property.
